These rates are per room. Continental Breakfast included. Tax of 16.39% is not included on rates.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Cancellations will be accepted under the following conditions.
All the cancellations have to be written, we will make a refund according to the following chart:

INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

14 to 07 days before the arrival we will refund 75% of the total paid.
6 days or less there is no refund.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR GROUPS

30 to 15 days before arrival we will refund 75% of the total paid.
14 to 0 days before arrival there is no refund.

AGENCIES WILL DO PAYMENT AS FOLLOW

Prepayment for FITS will be 15 days before client’s arrival and 30 days before for groups. Please send by fax the butt of the deposit to confirm and avoid the automatic cancellation of the system. We accept the following credit cards to guarantee reservations VISA, MASTER CARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS.

There is no charge for children from 0 to two years old, sharing the room with their parents,
Children from 3 to 12 years old pay $10 per child per night.
This rate is not commissionable.
Maximum 2 children per room.

Children from 0 to two years old don’t pay.
Children from 3 to 12 years old pay 50%. It doesn't apply to the prices of the
menu for children.
Children smaller than 12 years old sharing the room with their parents doesn’t pay for breakfast.

TOURS

Children under 4 years old are free of charge, children under 11 years old pay the 50% and children over 12 pay the normal rate.
